SHIPIR/NTSC Software Support Contract

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is W. R. Engineering Limited of Ottawa, ON K1B 3V3, Canada. The procurement is for Annual ShipIR/NTCS software support. W.R. Davis Engineering Ltd is the original and sole source developer of the ShipIR/NTCS software. Without any representation in the USA, and the sole source for any additional licenses, technical support, and software improvements.

This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for annual maintenance and support services for one year.
