This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Please view attached solicitation for complete details of requirement. N00104-25-Q-JD13 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2025-04. This requirement is sole-source under NAICS code 339113, size standard 800. The requirement is for the procurement of 325 EA HYDRO-LIGHT TEST KI P/N JF-WA1-N with a 100% option quantity. Units are to be delivered within 180 days after date of contract. Vendor will ship in place. FOB origin.

Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and contractor shall provide a completed copy of the provision. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies.
