KGV-11M Period of Performance Extension (N0003918C0025)

This synopsis of proposed contract action is being issued in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii). Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) on behalf of Program Executive Office - Command Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Cybersecurity Program Office (PMW 130) intends to issue a modification to extend the Period of Performance (PoP) of the KGV-11M contract N0003918C0025 with Viasat, Inc., 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009, by three years.

This PoP extension is required in support of continued Engineering Services of KGV-11M units. The modification will not increase the value of the contract, as available ceiling will be realigned to establish the three one-year periods in support of this action. The NAICS for this procurement is 334220 (Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 employees). This synopsis of proposed contract action is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.

However, if a company believes it can perform the requirements identified above without negative schedule, performance, and/or cost impacts, the company shall provide a statement of its capabilities within 7 calendar days of the release date of this notice.
