PCU- 101 Upgrade N00039-24-Q-5002

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAWARSYSCOM) in support of the Program Management Warfare/Aviation (PMW/A) 170 intends to award a sole source contract for PCU- 101 Upgrade Material Kits to HDL Research Lab, Inc located PO Box 2108, Brenham, Texas 77834-2108. HDL Research Lab, Inc is the current OEM providing PCU-101 material kits.

As the original equipment designer and manufacturer, HDL Research Lab is the only known company that possesses the detailed knowledge and expertise to produce the qualified products that will satisfy the Government’s technical, delivery, and interoperability requirements. This effort will cover delivery of 46 material kits. This announcement is for subcontracting possibilities only.
