This is not a small business set-aside.

NAVWAR 8.0 Security Program Office requires a Livescan solution for submission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This procurement is for up to 200 sets of prints for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance and background investigations for a 12-month base and four 12-month option periods at the same quantity. Please see attached redacted Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP) and the Statement of Work (SOW) for a description of this requirement.
