Global Positioning System Receivers

NAVSEA intends to award a series of contract actions on a sole source basis to procure M-Code and Navstrike Global Positioning Systems (GPS) receivers in support of Over the Horizon Weapon System (OTH-WS) and Joint Strike Missile (JSM) programs from BAE Systems Electronic Systems, Navigation, and Senor Systems pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A qualified GPS receiver is required for programs any other GPS receiver would result in unacceptable delays to the program. This is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may announce their interest and detail their capability to fulfill this requirement by responding directly to this notice to the points of contact below. Responsive information received on how your firm meets the requirements will be considered.

It should be noted merely expressing interest to include any response generated by artificial intelligence that fails to demonstrate your firms ability to meet the requirements identified above will not be considered. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
