U.S. Navy Oil Spill Response Oil Pollution Skimmer

This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice with the overall objective of conducting market research in support of the Oil Spill Response (OSR) Oil Pollution (OP) Skimmer - preliminary planning. This RFI seeks to provide industry and interested parties with information that will assist in the understanding of current technical requirements.
