Strategic Visual Graphic Design & Facilitation

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source follow-on contract to fulfill NAVSEA’s ongoing requirement for strategy, communications, and change management and enablement products to Ink to Think, LLC of Daniel Island, SC, without providing for full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Products and services to be procured under this contract include the provision of products for data across Impact Levels (IL), including IL-4 and IL-5, and will cover all Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) use cases. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis in various locations over the course of the contract. The period of performance for this contract, if all options are exercised, will be 15 months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation no later than the closing time of this notice. Any submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government; the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information.
