Modification to Contract N00024-20-D-5230

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Charlottesville, Virginia, has been awarded a contract modification to the existing awarded contract N00024-20-D-5230 to extend the ordering period of the base IDIQ through fiscal year (FY2026). This contract modification was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The contract includes non-fixed price line items. The uncertainties involved in these line items do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use a fixed-price contract type.
