Raytheon Integrated Defense System (IDS) was awarded a $130,462.77 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification P00044 for contract N00024-19-C-5112 that provides Fiscal Year 2021-2022 production for AEGIS Fire Control System (FCS) MK99 equipment sets and associated engineering and technical services in support of production efforts. Raytheon IDS is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This contract action was not awarded competitively. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Raytheon IDS is the only responsible source capable of satisfying the Navy’s FCS MK99 and related technical services within the required schedule.
