The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a purchase order to AeroVironment, Inc. at 900 Innovators Way Simi Valley, California 93065 in support of the Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (STUAS) Program, PMA-263.

The purchase order will procure the Jump-20 vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS), payloads, support equipment, spare parts, training, program management services, and data required to support the integrated product team’s efforts.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.

The written response shall reference solicitation number N0001925P0009 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
