The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S Mcdonnell BLVD Saint Louis Mo 63134, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006.
The anticipated delivery order is to procure Harpoon Weapon Station (HWS) Joint Common Test Set (JCTS), support equipment, and other related support efforts for the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Contract award is anticipated for the last quarter of calendar year 2025. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the Harpoon Weapon System and its related equipment.
The Boeing Company alone has the technical data, experience, requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills and facilities required to provide the services anticipated under these orders. The Boeing Company is the sole owner of technical data for Harpoon and therefore is the only responsible source that can meet the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
