The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company, 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615 for the non-recurring efforts required for the development and integration of an improved engine inlet system to increase particle separation efficiency and improve engine Time-On-Wing (TOW), particularly in austere/desert environments on CH-53K aircraft.

The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Jason Lockwood, Sikorsky Subcontracting Manager, at 203-225-3657.
