The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a firm fixed price type modification to Contract N0001918C0004 on a sole source basis to General Electric Aviation Systems (GEAS). This contract was procured non-competitively pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). This is for the procurement of the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) with a Life of Type Buy (LoTB) to address Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) to support the Generator Convertor Units (GCU).
