CH-53K® Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Production System Engineering Program Management (PSEPM) Option Exercise

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has issued a contract modification N00019-22-C-0004-P00009 to Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company to exercise the option for Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Production System Engineering Program Management (PSEPM) in support of Full-Rate Production (FRP) of CH-53K aircraft. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.

Section 2304(c)(1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 21-0124, dated 10 June 2021 – redacted version attached to this announcement.
