Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) issued a new Delivery Order to Raytheon Intelligence and Spaceon a sole source basis under Raytheon Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0007 for the sustainment of previously delivered Block Fleet Releases, ongoing development of flight test and fleet releases and analysis leading to implementation of future Sustainment Block Fleet Releases for the V-22 avionics systems.
This action was awarded on a sole source basis to the Raytheon Intelligence & Space in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
