Modernized Radio ACB Cable

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a sole0source, firm-fixed-price contract modification to L-3 Communications Corporation, 9020 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA, 92123. This effort is for the procurement of the modernized radios in support of the platform. The Government anticipates negotiating and awarding a contract modification to procure Another Crypto Box (ACB) and ACB Cables. L3 is the designer, developer, and manufacturer of the modernized radios required for the platform.

As the only qualified manufacturer possessing the technical documentation, special skills, experience and active production facility required in manufacturing the modernized radios, only L3 can provide this radio for the program to meet the Governments requirements.
