The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) modification to delivery order, N0001922F2381-P00002 in support of Phase II CH-53K® Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (CRA) and implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the T408-GE-400 Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC), under Basic Ordering Agreement N0001921G0004 to General Electric Company (1000 Western Avenue Lynn, MA 01910), on an other than full and open competition basis to support the mission of PMA-261 CH-53K® Heavy Lift Helicopters.

General Electric is the sole source designer, developer and manufacturer of the T408 engines and the only source with the requisite skilled personnel, knowledge, experience and data to perform the requirements.
