Tomahawk Block V All-Up-Round (AUR) Delta Electromagnetic Vulnerability (D-EMV) Qualification

The Naval Air Systems Command, WPM-280 has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Delivery Order to Raytheon Company1151 E Hermans RD. Tucson, AZ 85756-9367, for the Tomahawk All-Up-Round (AUR) Delta Electromagnetic Vulnerability (D-EMV) Qualification, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0007. This contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(l) (formerly 10 U.S.C.

2304 (c)(l)[l]) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of Tomahawk Weapon System, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience, and tooling to produce the requirements described herein to satisfy the Government's requirement.
