The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to award a new order under the Basic ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001925G0005 for non-recurring engineering (NRE) to allow automated calibration data to be output from the Advanced Threat Warner (ATW-0003) sensor / Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure (LAIRCM) System Processor Replacement (LSPR-4000) processor for use in the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) family of systems (FoS).
The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC). Drawings and other technical data are proprietary to NGSC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed to the Contract Specialist, Jeda Yurko, at jeda.m.yurko.civ@us.navy.mil.
