Market Survey: Graphics and Multimedia Production

(1) INTRODUCTION The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Center Service Liaison & Imaging Technologies Division (ANG-E32) at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC) has an upcoming requirement for Graphics and Multimedia Production as described in Attachment I - Draft Statement of Work. The purpose of this market survey announcement is to solicit capability statements from interested companies.

(2) INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR This requirement will be a follow-on to FAA Contract #692M15-21-D-00002 with Art Z Graphics, Inc. of Mays Landing, NJ.

(3) NATURE OF COMPETITION The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time. This determination for the level of competition will be based on the results of this market survey.

(4) STANDARD LANGUAGE (a) This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; (b) The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; (c) The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey, and responses will not be returned; (d) Any costs associated with the market survey submittal are solely at the interested vendor’s expense; (e) The FAA reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey; (f) Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey or results of information submitted; and (g) Any confidential or proprietary information submitted in response to this announcement must be marked accordingly by the vendor. Such information will not be disclosed outside of the acquisition team.

(5) NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 54143, “Graphic Design Services” with a size standard of $9M.

(6) SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MARKET SURVEY (a) Capability Statement: Submit a summary of your firm’s capability in meeting the FAA’s requirement as described in Attachment I, and examples of corporate experience for similar work. This statement should not exceed five (5) pages in length. (b) Statement providing the firm’s business classification size.

(7) DELIVERY OF SUBMITTALS Interested companies must submit their response to this market survey electronically to the Contracting Officer at jeffrey.young@faa.gov by no later than 4 PM (EST) on May 1, 2025. All questions regarding this market survey must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer. No telephone calls will be accepted.
