Material Specification for sale: Truck loads 1. 15 Pallets of lead acid batteries, in 1 truckload to be sold in 1 Lot. 2. Palletized in a DOT compliant manner; shrink wrapped with a layer of corrugated cardboard in-between each layer of batteries. 3. Lot, weight gross - Batteries/pallets – 44,298 pounds (approximate). 4. Lot, weight net – Batteries – 44,000 pounds (approximate).

Shipping information: 1. Material to be picked up at Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse, Minnesota 2. Material to be loaded by Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse Staff on Purchaser’s truck. 1. Purchaser shall pay all freight costs.

2. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses.

3. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup.

4. Payment is due to USPFO within 10 after pickup.
