Material Specification for sale: Truck loads 1. 15 Pallets of lead acid batteries, in 1 truckload to be sold in 1 Lot. 2. Palletized in a DOT compliant manner; shrink wrapped with a layer of corrugated cardboard in-between each layer of batteries. 3. Lot, weight gross - Batteries/pallets – 44,298 pounds (approximate). 4. Lot, weight net – Batteries – 44,000 pounds (approximate).

Shipping information: 1. Material to be picked up at Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse, Minnesota 2. Material to be loaded by Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse Staff on Purchaser’s truck. Truck must be loadable with forklift, either side load or drive on load. 3. Pick up point address: Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse Building 11-62 15000 HWY 115 Little Falls, MN 56345 Financial Terms:

1. Purchaser shall pay all freight costs.

2. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses.

3. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup.

4. Payment is due to USPFO within 10 after pickup.

5. Certified Check/Money Order shall be made payable to “US Treasury” and sent to the following address: United States Property & Fiscal Office – Minnesota Attn: Ariel Gould 15000 Hwy 115, Camp Ripley Little Falls, MN 56345-4173 Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, 19 September 2024.
