Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Sensors Directorate (SN) Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX) Operations and Sustainment (O&S) Request for Information

The Missile Defense Agency's Ground Sensors Directorate (MDA/SN) is conducting market research to determine industry interest and capability to support future requirements for its Sea-Based X-Band Radar Operations and Sustainment (O&S). Market research is the continuous process of collecting information to maximize reliance on the commercial marketplace and to benefit from its capabilities, technologies, and competitive forces in meeting an agency need.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to establish a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, MDA is not seeking proposals nor will it accept proposals. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondent’s expense.

Participation in future Agency transactions and procurement opportunities is not contingent upon responding to this RFI. MDA will not provide feedback for any submission. Please see attachment for further descriptions and instructions.
