The Millennium Challenge Corporation is providing the Mid-Year Update to the Fiscal Year 2024 Business Forecast:. The existing link has been updated. Questions/clarifications regarding this Special Notice / FY24 Mid-Year Update to the Forecast may be sent to the Primary Point of Contact listed below via email and must be submitted in writing. Questions/clarifications will be accepted for a 2 week period through May 21, 2023. The Government will make every effort, but does not guarantee, that it will respond via sam.gov in writing to all questions/requests for clarification. The email shall state "MCC FY2024 Business Forecast Mid-Year Update" in the subject line.

In accordance with Public Law 100-656, Section 501, the Millennium Challenge Corporation's (MCC) FY 2024 Business Forecast is being made available to the Small Business Administration and to interested businesses. This forecast is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a specific offer or commitment by MCC to fund in whole or in part any agency requirements referenced. It should be noted that the mission of MCC is to reduce poverty in foreign countries through economic growth.

Therefore, the majority of MCC contract requirements are for services and goods to support numerous activities in low income, foreign countries. MCC does have a few, domestic, contracted base operation requirements. This forecast includes anticipated contract actions that exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This listing is not all inclusive.
