All interested firms must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission and must not be listed on the Excluded Parties List.

Acquisition strategy and set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided in response to this Sources Sought notice. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely for acquisition planning and will not be shared outside the government acquisition team.
