Sources Sought MCRC Branded Furniture

The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) is issuing this RFI, SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE in support of market research efforts to identify potential contractors to support the United States Marine Corps Recruiting Command’s (MCRC) Branded Furniture requirement. In accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, a procurement may result in a Requirements contract with a five (5) year ordering period.

The requirement is a turnkey solution for project management, delivery, and installation of a common furniture package (Branded Furniture) to Marine Corps Districts (MCD), subordinate Recruiting Stations (RS), and Recruiting Substations (RSS) located throughout the country.

This requirement is a follow-on requirement to an Indefinite Delivery – Requirements Contract with Fixed Price-Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA) CLINs and firm-fixed-priced CLINs with a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option periods for Branded Furniture that ends FY 2030. The following is an estimate for the spend/orders associated with this Requirements Contract from Aug 2023 through Sep 2025. Please provide a Rough Order of Magnitude for the base year and four option years. The information provided in this document is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure supplies or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of contractor submission of responses. All RFI responses shall be received by 5:00PM EASTERN on 3 OCT 2025.
