Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) Sales Force Training

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has a continuing requirement to develop performance-based, criterion-referenced instruction for members of the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) including instructional development (specific to civilian organizational training similar to train-the-trainer, and team communication skills training workshops), video development, graphic development, evaluations post development, facilitation services, and technical writing.

These services are required at, but not limited to, the following locations: Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), Quantico, VA; The National Training Team (NTT) training location, Herndon, VA or any training location specified by MCRC; Recruiter School located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, CA; two (2) Recruiting Regions located at MCRD Parris Island, SC and MCRD San Diego, CA; as well as six (6) Marine Corps District Headquarters located in Brooklyn, NY, Columbus, OH, MCRD Parris Island, SC, Fort Worth, TX, Great Lakes, IL, and MCRD San Diego, CA.

A detailed description of the required instructional materials, instructional and video development, facilitation and other curriculum services provided in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is seeking responses from businesses capable of performing the required services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Responses to this announcement are for market research purposes only. Responses are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant contract for this requirement. Please note that this requirement is in the developmental phase and the requirements summary and information provided is subject to change. The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this announcement. Participation is strictly voluntary. All responses shall be received by 5:00PM EST on 30 June 2025.
