This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This solicitation is reserved exclusively for small business concerns under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 334111 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of a SAM registration will make an offer ineligible for award.
This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award a single Purchase Order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Requirements are listed in this solicitation, please see attachment M68909-24-Q-7704.
Quotations are due no later than 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 7 February 2024 and shall be submitted via email to stephen.cunningham@usmc.mil and marlanea.kirkbride@usmc.mil. The Government requests quotations from qualified sources capable of providing Persistent Cyber Lab products.
The MCTSSA Cyber Assessment Branch has a brand name requirement for Pacific Star Communications, Inc. (PacStar) mobile solution that provides high-performance computing and virtualization platforms for hosting one or more software applications or virtual appliances on a compact, quick setup, and rugged form factor. Accordingly, this system must be able to run 16 virtual machines simultaneously with a minimum of ten 1G small form-factor pluggable (SFP) ports on a modular platform.
This solution must also be compatible with Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) memory drives and be removable. To be eligible for award, quotes must provide all the items and quantities listed in attachment 1a. RFQ M68909-24-Q-7704. The Government will not consider quotes or offers for partial items or quantities.
Delivery: 180 days after date of award. The Contractor shall deliver the required items Freight on Board (FOB) destination to MCTSSA, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. The Government will accept the items at the destination.
