Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS)

The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) is publicizing this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE as a means of conducting tactical market research. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) OR INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotations, nor will any award be made as a result. The Marine Corps will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. This Sources Sought is issued under NAICS code 541330 to determine accomplish the following:

Determine the number of small businesses that have a capability in performing the tasks delineated in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS); Enable industry to make comments and observations on the attached PWS; Support industry submission of capability statements directly related to the draft PWS. The capability statements provided for this Sources Sought ID: Shall be no more than two pages in length and be in 12-point Times New Roman font. Shall contain the vendor’s CAGE Code/UEI/NAICS Codes/Point of Contact Information.

Industry Comments on the DRAFT PWS: Please use the track changes tool within the document to insert your comments and suggested revisions for the appropriate section/paragraph/line. The Government shall not: Incur any expenses or be billed for any expenses on behalf of industry for the responses; Answer any questions related to the DRAFT PWS.

The Government shall: Review all responses submitted for this Sources Sought Notice ID; and Post a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a Government Point of Entry, if and when the Government still requires these services; All responses to this sources sought Notice ID M68909-24-I-7709 must be emailed to eric.russell@usmc.mil and marlanea.kirkbride@usmc.mil no later than 28 June 2024. All interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
