Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award for Postal Meterage and Postage Services

Marine Force Reserves New Orleans requires postal meterage and postage services in support of 113 locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The service will include leasing meterage equipment to properly process, report, and record mail in accordance with Title 39, U.S. Code, DoD Instruction 4525.6-M, OpNav Instruction 5118.7C and Marine Corps Order 5110.4A. The period of performance for this is a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option years. Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services LLC is the only authorized provider of postage and meterage services as depicted by the United States Postal Service 604c Quick Service guide.
