The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) (Quantico, VA) intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) (1818 Liberty Street, Suite 500, Reston VA 1740 20190) for an organizational membership with a group size of approximately 400. These memberships are needed to foster the professional growth and educational advancement of the contracting competency.

This action falls under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and a supporting Justification and Approval is attached to this notice. As a result of market research, and in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), National Contract Management Association is deemed the only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
