This notices is being edited to add answers to questions received from interested parties. Please see attachment GPTTS MAC RFI Q&A. This Sources Sought/RFI notice is issued by the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Combat Support Systems (PM CSS), Product Manager Maintenance Support Systems (PdM MSS). The USMC must maintain and modernize equipment to meet current and future operational requirements.

To support current and future Maintenance Support Systems (MSS) and subsystems for PdM MSS, the Government intends to solicit for and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) against which future task orders will be completed. The MSS IDIQ-MAC is intended for the procurement of maintenance support systems and subsystems products and services to design, develop, fabricate, prototype, integrate, test, maintain, and support various systems.

Products and services under this potential contract are categorized into the following functional areas: Calibration Test Equipment Electronic Test Equipment Calibration, Electronic, and Mechanical Tooling Mechanical Test Equipment Equipment Accessories (cables, connectors, etc) Logistics and Sustainment PdM MSS is requesting information from industry to gauge their interest in responding to a competitive solicitation for the MSS IDIQ-MAC, if one were offered and publicly released. MSS IDIQ-MAC awardees will be awarded access into one or more of the six functional areas listed in the table below. See attached RFI for additional information.
