Tactical Boat Operator Course

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION NUMBER:

M67004-17-Q-1014 Synopsis: The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract for Tactical Operator Course under other than full and open competition to National Association of State Boating Law Administrators Inc. (NASBLA), Lexington, KY., a Large Business. The period of performance is for one year and will be less than $150,000.00. Other than full and open competition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and an approved Justification and Approval is on file.

The Government has reasonably determined that NASBLA is the only source reasonably available to satisfy our requirements. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not hinder mission objective of Blount Island Command. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quotes or proposals.
