Marine Corps Air Station New River Innovation & Readiness has a requirement for custom programming services aboard MCAS New River, NC. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services.

The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Basis for Award will be best value, using technical capability, betterment, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based on (1) technical capability, (2) betterment, (3) past performance, (4) price.

Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements. The solicitation No. M6700126Q0085 will be available for download on GSA E-Buy on or about 26 June 2026.
