Washer and Dryer Maintenance and Repair

SYNOPSIS FOR WASHER AND DRYER SERVICES The Base Property Branch, Supply Management Division aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a services requirement to maintain, repair, install, clean, relocate, and/or remove government owned washers and dryers. The period of performance will be a one-year base period and three one-year option periods, to begin on or about 13 March 2024. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5.

The proposed acquisition will be a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811412 – Appliance Repair and Maintenance. The Government intends to award on a Best Value basis. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award the contract using simplified acquisition procedures.

This synopsis is not a request for quotes will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.
