DCI Advertising and Promotion for The Marine Drum and Bugle Corps

Advertising services to create and increase public awareness and understanding of the United States Marine Drum & Bugle Corps (D&B) as well as the United States Marine Corps (USMC), specifically within Drum Corps International (DCI) and marching band instrumental music community.

Intended use: The services further active community awareness, public affairs, and community relations between the civilian public and the USMC as well as allow for the increased operational and logistical efficiency at requested performances throughout the summer months at Drum Corps International events.

The DCI Sponsorship Package includes website and social media advertising, promotion at DCI sanctioned events, signage in high-visibility locations at select DCI events, tickets and credentials for D&B VIPs at DCI events, and the title of presenting sponsor for DCI events.

Application: Web Advertising and social media usage, Intercom promotioinal announcment during event along with the ability to perform, signage at events, VIP and general admin tickets with the ability to set up promotional booth. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to DRUM CORPS INTERNATIONAL, INC located at 2495 DIRECTORS ROW, SUITE 1, INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA 46241 USA. Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit to only one source. Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.

DURATION: The contract is for a period of performance from 23 June 2025 to 22 June 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
