The Government is currently in a period of lapsed appropiations. The Government’s obligation to make payment under this contract is contingent upon the enactment of a Continuing Resolution or Appropriations Act providing sufficient funds. Payment will be delayed until either of these enactments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a writtensolicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 485510. An Offeror’ssubmission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the USGovernment in any way.
