This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20240729. Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government reserves the right to award multiple orders. See Attached Request for Quotes and Statement of Requirements.
