Preventative Maintenance for Gym Equipment

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT in regards to market capabilities for Participants in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program who are interested in the opportunity and willing to provide an estimate. The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR part 12, part 13, and part 19.8 procedures.

Service Needed:

Preventative Maintenance for Gym Equipment Period of Performance: 1 year (September 2024 - September 2025)

Performance Requirements Tasks: The Contractor shall… Implement bi-monthly (twice every month) preventive maintenance schedule for all gym equipment in all gyms. Examine all moving parts, test all equipment to ensure equipment is functioning as intended, visual inspection of all equipment, electronically calibrate any equipment requiring electronic calibration, cleaning interior and exterior of equipment, lubrication of all equipment requiring lubrication during scheduled preventive maintenance visits. Conduct the preventative maintenance according to the schedule. Provide a report of any equipment requiring repairs and the nature of repair needed if discovered during a visit.
