Request for Information (RFI): Critical Response Training Services The United States Marine Corps is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing Critical Response Training, with an emphasis on active shooter response and Close Quarter Battle (CQB) tactics. This RFI is issued for planning purposes only to assess industry capability and interest. Training Requirements Vendors should be prepared to support the following performance requirements: Deliver Critical Response Training for 120–150 Marines, focused on active shooter response and CQB tactics. Provide classroom instruction and practical application on topics including, but not limited to:

Active shooter response in close?quarters and open?air/crowd environments Tactical formations Breaching Combat lifesaving Maintain a minimum instructor?to?student ratio of 1:20. Conduct at least 24 hours of combined classroom and practical training over three consecutive training days. Requested Information Interested businesses are invited to submit the following:

Company name, CAGE code, and primary point of contact Summary of relevant experience providing similar training to military or law?enforcement units Instructor qualifications, certifications, and proposed staffing plan Overview of training curriculum, methodology, and safety protocols Estimated cost ranges or pricing structure (if available) Any additional capabilities, facilities, or value?added services This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the United States Marine Corps.
