NOI TO SOLE SOURCE WHITE UNIFORM GLOVES

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ASOLE SOURCE DELIVERY ORDER using simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure white gloves for Marine Barracks Washington. The Government intends to award a solesource delivery order for white gloves to T&M Manufacturing, Inc.,148 Morningside DR, Oneonta, New York, 13820-3217, United States. The Proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to one source.

Under the authority of FAR6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed delivery order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
