This is a Request for Proposal M00264-25-R-0002. The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Training and Education Command (TECOM)

Aviation Standards Branch (ASB): Marine Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (M-SHARP). The procurement of services in support of TECOM M-SHARP shall be solicited as a competitive Small Business concern. The contemplated contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Priced contract. The resultant contract will have a 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541512 “Computer Systems Design Services” with a corresponding size standard of $34.0M.
