Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Splunk Enterprise Software

Marine Corps Installations - National Capitol Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCI-NCR RCO) intends to sole source an order for Splunk Enterprise Software to Carahsoft Technology, Corp. in accordance with the mandatory Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) agreement, contract number N6600120A0022. This notice is published for informational purpose only in accordance with FAR 8.405-6, Limiting Sources, and not a request for competitive proposals.

However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by the date and time referenced in this announcement, shall be considered by MCI-NCR RCO. A redacted Limited Sources Justification with details of this procurement is attached to this notice.

Responses must be submitted in writing to David Laster, via email at david.laster@usmc.mil no later than 3:00PM (EST) on 08 JULY 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
