Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract to Axiell Alm Canada Inc

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Service needed: US Marine Band requires two (2) sessions of data analysis service for migration planning from the Axiell Mimsy XG database product (the database US Marine Band currently has but will be discontinued in the future) to the Axiell Collections database product (direct replacement in the future). The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to:

Axiell Alm Canada Inc., 15 Toronto ST FL 7, Toronto, On, M5C 2E3, Canada, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. The reason for this Sole Source Award Intent is that due to market research Axiell Alm Canada Inc is the only business that can perform data analysis service on their own product which is Axiell Mimsy XG. All interested and/or responsible sources must email an estimate to the Contract Specialist, Sgt Jacie Liu, by 7 August 2024, 11:59 AM Eastern Time.
