Martin Nitsche, 560 32ND ST, Union City, New Jersey, 07087, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable avaliable. All interested and/or responsible sources must be local to US Marine Band, 8th & I Sts SE, Washington D.C. 20390, to allow musicians to test play. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
