Shorebird Migratory Monitoring

The Performance Works Statement (PWS) defines the effort required by the Natural Resources Section (NRS) of the Environmental Division (ENVDIV) to survey and monitor migratory shorebirds located on Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island (MCRDPI). This is a source of sought only. This is NOT a request for quotation and in no way obligates the governemnt to award any contract/purchase order.
