Notice of Intent for Direct Order Under BOA HHM402-20-G-0002 for Authentic8 SILO

This is a notice to renew Authentic3 Silo Toolbox via the VIRGINIA CONTRACTING ACTIVITY COMMUNITY’s MANAGED ATTRIBUTE AUTHENTIC8 BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT - HHM402-20-G-0002, under FAR Subpart 16.7. This requirement is a follow-on effort. The required delivery date is 3 July 2024 and shall cover a period of 12-months. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210- Software Publishers.

The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) – Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to issue an order against BOA No. HHM402-20-G-0002 to Authentic8, Inc. 333 Twin Dolphin DR STE 112, Redwood City, CA 94065-1410. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to Ana Manavi at anarosa.manavi@usmc.mil no later than 20 June 2024, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late responses will not be considered.
