The RCO MCI-West is issuing this Sources Sought (SS)/Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing Catholic Priest services. This contract will provide Catholic Marine Corps recruits at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego with comprehensive pastoral ministry and spiritual services, fostering an environment that supports the free exercise of religion as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
