Items to be quoted (NO SUBSTITUTIONS): Qty 1 VSP3e-CHAS, VSP-3e chassis - 8 slots - NO channel - includes EC-Lab software package Qty 2 EIS3e-01, Potentiostat/Galvanostat board with EIS(/Z) and Quality Indicators for SP150e/VSP(3e)/VMP3e chassis (includes 1.5 m cell cable) - uses one slot Qty 1 BSTR-CHAS, SP-150, VSP & VMP3 booster chassis – 8 slots – NO board – Max: 20 A (includes a dummy cell for booster) Qty 1 BSTR-20, 20A board for SP-150, VSP & VMP3 booster (including connection cable & 1.5 m cell cable) – uses eight slots QA Paragraph(S): 3.1.3, 4.39 (See attached QA 101 for details) Freight along with any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the all-inclusive price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees.

2. System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.
