18 June 2025 FROM: 21 CONS/PKA 135 Dover Street, Suite 2225 Peterson AFB, CO 80914 SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT – 16 Electronic Warfare Squadron SIPR Switches The Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential vendors for CISCO switches. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.

This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Peterson Space Force Base, CO is requesting information for CISCO switches and power supplies listed below in Table 1 for Market Research Purposes. The government is requesting information for brand name or equal products IAW with Attachment 1 – Product List.

This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract.

At this time, PSFB is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Submit all questions regarding this requirement no later than 25 June 2025 @ 09:00 A.M. Mountain Time.

After the suspense, the contracting office will post an amendment to this Sources Sought answering all questions. The suspense for responses below will remain the same.

Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: 01 July 2025 at 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time. What is the fastest delivery time after award you could provide for these items? Please reply citing the delivery time to Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. Is there a different NAICS code that would better fit the items in Table 1? Can you provide these items in Table 1 or similar items that are compatible with CISCO products?

If so, please provide a specifications sheet and capability statement of the item you have that meets or is like the characteristics listed in Attachment 1. Do you have a pre-priced contract vehicle in place? Is a warranty included? If so, for how long? Company name, address, point of contact telephone number, e-mail address, and CAGE Code. Representation/Certification of small business socio economic status (if applicable).
